General

Customer Account

When it is your first purchase, a customer account will be created. You can log in to your customer account at all times and update your shipping and/or billing information, and review your purchases at our HelpDesk.

Method of Payment

Purchases are by Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Cards.

Billing Descriptor

Your purchase is made with The Rediscovery of The-HEART Institute and show on your billing statements as Rediscovery of The-HEART and/or www.releasingthelion.com

Order Confirmation

When your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice. You can also check your orders in the billing section of your membership.

Products Delivery Policies & Procedures

The Rediscovery of The-HEART Institute and the Releasing The-LION Curriculum are delivered in digital form in an online learning environment.

As soon as your enrollment in the curriculum is completed, you will receive a “Welcome New Member” email with your log in credentials.

You have 24/7 access to the curriculum material. When modules or units are added you will see them on your student dashboard.

Access to the curriculum is valid for 365 years.

Renewal is automatic, you will receive email reminders 7 days and 1 day before the end of your term. You can cancel the renewal at any time before the renewal date in the billing section of your member account.

Releasing The-LION Returns & Cancelation:

Our refund policy lasts 7 days after purchase or renewal. Within those 7 days, you can submit a refund through the billing section of your membership account. For assistance contact us at 615-482-9506, or support@releasingthelion.com or submit a ticket to our HelpDesk.

Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction to service that transaction and for record keeping.
